Observations

Monitoring of Counters, Supplies and Events via network

All equipment can be monitored via network. All they have to do is support the SNMP protocol.

Network Accounting

The search for the printer's accounting data occurs directly on its hard disk, making use of the JBA module (network accounting solution) that can be installed in Xerox printers, allowing the collection of detailed information on the jobs performed.

As for equipment that does not have JBA, it will be necessary to assess with the manufacturer whether it has print information through Web reports.
