Troubleshooting Tool

The troubleshooting tool is an additional component of NDD Print 360 Server, which is used to validate the operation of the product.

Open the Troubleshooting tool

To perform the communication tests you will need to open the Troubleshooting Tool, which is available in a directory within the NDD Print 360 Server installation folder.

which by default is available in: C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\NDD\nddPrint\Server\Tools\Troubleshooting\nddPrint.Server.SetupTools.Troubleshooting.

installation Folder > folder Tools > folder Troubleshooting > application nddPrint.Server.SetupTools.Troubleshooting

IMPORTANT

The tool must be run directly where the NDD Print 360 Server is installed.

Validate operation of NDD Print 360 Server

To validate operation of NDD Print 360 Server > click on Start

  • Status

  • Description: It lists all validations that will be made, including SQL configurations and permissions, and NDD Print 360 Server licensing.

    • SQL user has permission to create;

    • SQL user has permission to read;

    • SQL user has permission to write;

    • SQL user is in the correct language;

    • Database was created;

    • SQL stored procedures were created;

    • SQL tables were created;

    • SQL Views were created;

    • SQL Functions were created;

    • Server name matches the license;

    • Communication with the license server.

  • Details: It displays the validation progress. In case of error or warning more information will be displayed just below.
