Update license offline

It allows the user to update the license offline.

ATTENTION

This procedure should be used whenever the online update can not be performed.

View the licensing

To generate the update file

Open the NDD Print 360 Server interface > menu Licensing > Information > click on Update > click on Offline mode > Enter the directory where the license file will be saved > click on Generate

With the file (.lic) in hand, contact NDD's Commercial department (assiscom@ndd.tech) to generate the update key.

To update the license

Open the NDD Print 360 Server interface > menu Licensing > Information > click on Update > click on Offline mode > Paste the renewal key in the field below and confirm > Confirm

IMPORTANT

The key must not contain line breaks.
