Update

The NDD Print Agent update can be performed manually or automatically. It will be performed automatically if the NDD Print Host have this feature enabled, as this update is sent to the NDD Print Host and then distributed to the NDD Print Agents installed in the stations. This process is performed through the NDD Print Agent's service "LiveUpdate", that can be viewed in the Windows services.

In this topic are presented the steps required to perform the manual update:

IMPORTANT

It is recommended to fist update the NDD Print Agent installed in the server and then update the NDD Print Agent version of the stations.

1. Run the NDD Print Agent installer;
   A message informing that an update will be held will be presented;

2. Read carefully the presented message and click "Yes";
   In this step will be presented the Installation Wizard's initial screen;

3. Read carefully the recommendations presented in the wizard and click "Next";
   The update process will be initialized.

4. Wait while the update process is finished;
   As soon as the update is done, a message will be displayed.

5. In the update conclusion screen, click "Finish".
