Printed with alerts

Alerts may be presented in three situations:

1. When the document fits into a restrictive printing policy, in which case the message: Print Alert will be displayed.

2. When there are not enough print quota credits to print and the configured behavior is the alert. In these cases the message Print Alert: You don't have enough print quota credits will be displayed.

3. When your quotas are finishing. In this case the message Print Alert: Your print quotas credits are finishing will be displayed.

IMPORTANT

In this case, the user will still be possible to print, as the alerts are only informative.

Messages displayed in Results may differs, since the system administrator can edit them.

💡 EXAMPLE In the example below, an alert was displayed stating that the user does not have available print quotas.
