Print Stamp

Print stamp is, as the name says, a stamp that is printed in the margin of the document and can be one of two types:

  1. Print stamp with text: In this case, additional info can be printed within each printed page, such as: user name, domain, date and time, computer name, etc. It will all depend on the configuration made by your system administrator.

  2. Print stamp with tracking code: In this case, a tracking code is printed within each printed page. This code allows that the information about the user who performed the printing, as well as about the printed document, can be viewed by tracking the code.

ATTENTION

This stamp is not optional, that means the insertion of this stamp in your document can not be disabled. For further information, contact your system administrator.

IMPORTANT

Print stamp is a policy, so an alert informing about the print stamp will be optional, and might not be displayed.

Messages displayed in Results may differs, since the system administrator can edit them.

💡 EXAMPLE

In the example below the stamp policy was configured to display an alert informing that a print stamp will be applied to the document.
