Cost reduction

Cost reduction is about conversion of color-to-mono and mono-to-duplex printings. This conversion may happen in two ways:

1. Manual conversion: In this case, conversion alternatives will be displayed. You can choose to apply them or not.

2. Automatic conversion: In this case, the available conversions will be displayed and the ones applied to your document will be select. They can not be disabled, that is, by printing the document, the conversion will be automatically applied.

IMPORTANT

Messages displayed in Results may differs, since the system administrator can edit them.

💡 EXAMPLE In the example below the conversion was suggested, so it is still possible to print without setting any conversion.
