Store document

In this case, when requesting a print, a screen with the option to "Store" the document will be displayed. This retention allows the document to be printed later, through secure release at the print terminals or printers.

IMPORTANT

This feature will be displayed only if configured by your system administrator.

💡 EXAMPLE In the example below, a message was displayed asking if the user wants to retain the document - to release later through secure release - or if they want to send the document straight to the printer.
