Uninstall NDD Print Client Canon

The NDD Print Client Canon is uninstalled individually via the printer's website.

Uninstall the printer via the web

  1. Access the printer's web

  2. Log in as the Administrator user

  3. In the right-hand side menu, click on Service Management Service

Uninstall the application responsible for authentication

  1. On the left side menu, click on Enhanced System Application Management

  2. Click Stop to stop the application

  3. Restart the device

  4. Return to the Enhanced System Application Management menu

  5. Click on Switch to change authentication to another application

  6. Click on NDD Print Client Access

  7. Scroll down and click on License Management

  8. Click on Disable and Yes

  9. Click Delete and Yes

  10. Return to the left side menu, click on Enhanced System Application Management

  11. Click on Uninstall

Uninstall the application responsible for release the documents

  1. On the left side menu, click on MEAP Application Management

  2. Click Stop to stop the application

  3. Click on NDD Print Client

  4. Scroll down and click on License Management

  5. Click on Disable and Yes

  6. Click Delete and Yes

  7. Return to the left side menu, click MEAP Application Management

  8. Click on Uninstall
