Configure Client via equipment panel

1. Authenticate with the administrative credentials on the device and click the NDD Print Client icon;

2. Click on the Gear icon and enter the data;

• NDD Print Host server address: Enter the IP or Hostname address of the server where the NDD Print Host module is installed;

• Secure Release: Check this option to use the secure release of documents through the NDD Print Releaser solution;

• Copy Host Address: Use this option if the NDD Print Releaser solution is installed on the same NDD Print Host server, so the NDD Print Releaser server address will be automatically populated with the same address as the NDD Print Host server;

• NDD Print Releaser server address: Enter the IP or Hostname address of the server where the NDD Print Releaser module is installed;

• Communication protocol:

  • DCS: Connection between client and server using DCS protocol (port 5656);

  • HTTP: Connection between client and server using HTTP protocol (Nancy). By default it uses port 56562 for connection to NDD Print Host and 56563 for connection to NDD Print releaser server;

3. After you enter the data, click Test Connection to validate it;

4. Click OK to finish.
