For the ECOSYS 2640idw model, it is necessary to expand the RAM memory that enables the use of HyPas.

For some models the Compact Flash Card is required (check with the manufacturer to find out if the model has this technology).

USB readers: to use a physical identifier, contact the manufacturer in advance to obtain the approved identifiers and the activation key, necessary for its installation.

1. Access the's web page with administrative credentials;

2. Go to Management Settings > Authentication > Settings;

3. Under Job ID Unknown User, check the Authorize option.

To check the installed HyPAS version, perform the following steps:

1. Access the's web page with administrative credentials;

2. Go to Device Data/Remote Operation > Configuration > Software Version;

3. Locate the HyPAS EMB API item.

Printer administrator account for application installation and configuration;

Always use the latest firmware version provided by the manufacturer;

SNMP community must have a configured name, being public by default;

Make sure that Domain and Authentication form are configured in NDD Print Host, as well as the  is correctly added in a printing group in NDD Print Releaser.
