Controlled Copy

Controlled Copy is a function available on the NDD Print Client Ricoh. Its goal is to control copy, fax, and scan jobs according to Portal 360 settings.

After authentication, in the top bar we have the user status containing the authenticated user information with their available quota. When the authenticated user has a quota of zero or less, it will be warned (pop-up) that they do not have privileges to access the selected native function. If the number of jobs exceeds the user's available quota, copies are made until their quotas reach zero, then the job is automatically canceled by printer.

ATENTION

Due to limitations in the architecture of the quota service in the equipment copying process, the quota that the user has may be exceeded by up to 10 pages, being negative.
