Always use the latest firmware version provided by the manufacturer;

Active and configured SNMPv1, v2 and v3 feature:

SNMP community must have a configured name, being public by default;

Make sure that Domain and Authentication form are configured in NDD Print Host, as well as the equipment is correctly added in a printing group in NDD Print Releaser;

If you use access controls (filters by network address), you must add a specific range of devices to the list of allowed addresses. This range may vary from equipment to equipment:

  1. Access the devices via remote terminal (telnet/ssh);

  2. Enter administrator credentials for access

  3. Use the command nat_ui to obtain the address and the mask;

    In this example, the range is 192.0.2.0 to 192.0.2.3 (Subnet)

  4. Check the subnet of the data reported by the equipment, and enter the subnet's start (network) and end (broadcast) address in the access controls.
