Collection Function (Collector)

After installed and configured, the nddPrint Client Collector Ricoh monitors all job events (print, copy, fax, scan) and MFP counters and supplies. After each sending interval (configured by the administrator), this collected data is sent to the Host or Datacenter server in the following formats:

• NPL files: contains the jobs performed in the MFP (Copy, fax, scan and printings). These files can be sent to either the Host or Datacenter server

• NSL files: contains information about counters and general supplies provided by the MFP. These files are only sent to Datacenter
