Before using the MFP with NDD's embedded solution, verify the prerequisites, as well as the printer registration in the nddPrint Releaser and validate the users settings, access credentials, domains and the authentication methods selected in the nddPrint Host.
Device's Software/Hardware
Java CVM 7x, 10x, 11x or 12x;
Panel uWVGA (480x272) or WVGA (800x480);
Disable the printer's auto power Off;
Disable PC/SC and PanelService API Resources;
SNMPv1, v2 and v3 Resources active and configured;
HD.
Enable the feature Sleep Mode Timer and disable all other settings: authenticate as Administrator in the printer's WEB page and access Device Management > Configuration > Device Settings > Timer.

To send printer's data via SNMP, free the ports 161 and 162 in your firewall.

The security configuration in the printer can’t be active during the installation;
Before using the printer with the embedded solution, it’s indispensable the verification and validation the users settings, domains and authentication methods present in the servers modules, as well as the correctly registration of the printer in its respective print group(s) in the nddPrint Releaser;
For the system installation and eventual modifications in the software settings, it is important that the printer it is not being used, to avoid errors during the the process;
Configure a name for the SNMP Community, for posterior registering in the nddPrint Releaser server, for default the community will be public.
