Configure access control for users

This setting allows you to define the printer features that users can access after authenticating.

1. Access the equipment's web page, authenticate with administrative credentials and go to menu Security > Access control (e.g. image below):

2. In Sign-In and Permission Policies, make sure the items in the Guest column on the device have the lock icon;

3. In the Device User column, check only the features that users will have access to af-ter authenticating with the device;

4. Define the Control Panel login method and the features marked as NDD Print Client HP login method (column on the side).
