Activation/Installation/Uninstallation

Enable HP Command Center

1. On the equipment panel, click Login and select Local device;

2. In Access type Select Admin access code and enter the credentials;

3. Click the icon HP Command Center;

4. The HP Command Center interface will be displayed with your activation code;

5. Access hpcommandcenter.com/claim (or via QR code) and authenticate;

6. Enter the code that appears on the equipment panel and click Check;

7. Wait a few moments for the code and credentials to be validated;

8. Select an account to which the equipment will belong;

9. If necessary, inform the Asset number for cases where the equipment is linked to some asset number;

10. Click Add;

11. Read the information carefully and click Exit to finish.

Install Module

1. Access hpcommandcenter.com/main;

2. Click on the Accounts tab and select the account to which the equipment was assigned (Enable HP Command Center, step 8);

3. In the Solutions list, click Add solutions;

4. Select the NDD Print solution and click Add;

To use both solutions (NDD Print Client and NDD Print Client Collector), you must install the solutions in the following order:

1. NDD Print Client Collector HP Workpath;

2. NDD Print Client HP Workpath.

If the NDD Print solution is not selectable, follow the steps:

• Click on the Solutions tab;

• Under Solutions Catalog, click on All Solutions;

• Select the NDD Print solution and click Add.

5. In the Solutions list, go to NDD Print solution > Manage;

6. Under Manage solution, click Install;

7. Select the desired equipment and click Next;

8. Select from the options Install now or Schedule installation and click Install;

9. A task to install the module on the equipment will be created, click on Finish and wait a few moments until the process is finished.

To verify that the installation process was completed successfully, follow through the Task History.

Uninstall

1. Access hpcommandcenter.com/main;

2. Click on the Accounts tab and select the account to which the equipment was assigned (Enable HP Command Center, step 8);

3. In the Solutions list, go to NDD Print solution > Manage;

4. Under Manage solution, click Uninstall;

5. Select the desired device and click Next;

6. Select from the options Uninstall now or Schedule uninstallation and click Uninstall;

7. A task to uninstall the module on the equipment will be created, click on Finish and wait a few moments until the process is finished.

To verify that the uninstallation process was completed successfully, follow through the Task History.
