Add/Remove devices DS HP

IMPORTANT

We do not recommend using Internet Explorer to run this tool.

Add device(s)

Click +Add device and select one of the options;

A single device
  1. Enter the data of the device to be added:

    • IP address or Hostname;

    • Password (device administrator).

  2. Click Save or Register & New.

A list (CSV/TXT)

After creating a file (CSV/TXT) containing the data of the device to be added to the feature, follow the steps below:

NOTE

For those who use nddPrint MF HP, it is possible to export the list of devces added in the module to import them to Digital Shift HP.

  1. Check the option Select if the first line is a header if the device list in the file (CSV/TXT) has a header;

  2. Import the file (CSV/TXT) by clicking Select or drag a file...;

  3. Under Select columns with IP/Hostname and password, arrange the columns according to the information that is listed in the CSV/TXT file;

  4. To start the addition click Finish. Wait a few moments for the process to complete successfully.

IMPORTANT

If the addition of devices fails, the module will provide a CSV file containing the list of devices that were not added. This same file can be used to add these equipments.

ATTENTION

The registration consists of registering the application in the informed device and validating all the capacities that the device has to perform digitizations, due to that it may take a few minutes to complete the registration.

Remove device(s)

  1. Select the desired device(s) and click Delete;

  2. Confirm the deletion clicking on Confirm;

  3. Wait a few moments for the deletion to be successfully confirmed.
