Sending via Sharepoint Online (365)

To use the send via Sharepoint Online (365) feature, the environment must meet the following requirements

• TLS 1.2 protocol enabled;

• One of the following enabled cipher suites:

  • TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384;

  • TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256;

  • TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384;

  • TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256.

• Disable access blocking for applications that do not use modern authentication on Sharepoint.

Go to Sharepoint Admin Center > Access Control > Applications that don't use modern authentication and disable this option.

The environment should not require two factor authentication for the access user. Multi-factor authentication requires that user authentication be approved via a mobile device. Using it in production is not a good practice because from time to time the system will need secondary authentication by the user used, which can impact the production and delivery of files.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR).

To use the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature, the environment must meet the following requirements:
