Display the type of printer monitoring

Allows the viewing the type of monitoring that is being performed in the print environment.

To view the performed monitoring > tab Printers > group Monitor > action Monitor Data > tab Monitoring

Enter the necessary data:

Monitoring of the active in the environment:

• Events monitoring: In this case, its performed a monitoring of the devices, searching for possible faults, such as: lack of paper, open cover, empty supply, etc;

• Monitoring of counters and supplies: The monitoring of counters consists in the collect of data about the quantity of printer pages in the device. This page quantity brings more specific information such as: duplex counters, by type of paper, among others. The monitoring of supplies, on the other hand, consists in the collect of the status of the supplies and objective to know how much supply the printer still has.

IMPORTANT

The type of monitoring to be performed is set in the NDD Print Server, it is not possible to change it through the interface of the NDD Print Host.
