Manual configuration

Below are the steps to manually configure the necessary permissions for the NDD Print MF Epson application:

Step by step

1. Press Win + R, type regedit and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.

2. Navigate to the following path:

Computador\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NDDigital\

3. Right-click on the NDDigital key and select Permissions.

4. In the permissions window, click the Advanced button.

5. Under Advanced security settings for NDDigital, click Add.

6. In the NDDigital permission entry window, click Select a security principal.

7. In the Select User or Group window:

   • Type: IIS APPPOOL\nddPrintEpsonAppPool

   • Click Check Names.

   • Then click OK.

8. Back in the NDDigital permission entry window, verify that the settings are as follows:

   • Type: Allow

   • Applies to: This key and subkeys

   • Basic permissions: Select the Full control and Read options

9. If all settings are correct, click OK. In the next two windows, click OK again to finish.

After these steps, the NDDigital key and all its subkeys in the Windows registry will be configured with Full Control and Read permissions for the nddPrintEpsonAppPool user, allowing the NDD Print MF Epson module installation process to resume.
