Other NDD Print MF Epson settings
O NDD Print MF Epson has other settings that make it easier to use and administer.
To access the settings
Open the NDD Print MF Epson interface
In the menu, click on Tools > Settings
Language tab
Language: Select the language that will be displayed in the NDD Print MF Epson administration interface and in the interface of the solution embedded in the device (NDD Print Client Epson).

Authentication tab
Contingency: To activate contingency, configure the primary and secondary server addresses. These addresses are used for communication between the equipment and the servers.
When you change the server address, the printers must be removed and added again to NDD Print MF Epson.
Server configuration order in MF Epson
The configuration of the primary and secondary servers must be identical on both MF's installed on the servers.
If on the main server it is:
Primary server address: 10.0.0.10
Secondary server address: 10.0.0.12
Then, on the contingency server, the configuration must be the same:
Primary server address: 10.0.0.10
Secondary server address: 10.0.0.12
🚨 Points to note
The contingency function only replicates the printer's registration data, not the Epson MF settings. The settings made on the Epson MF on the main server must be transferred manually to the Epson MF on the secondary server.
Delimiters tab
Differentiated user login identification: If you use an ERP system, configure the delimiters to identify the user who sent the printout through the document title. Here's an example:
@@john@@doc.txt
In this example, the user will be registered as john and the document name as doc.txt
Digital shift tab
This tab should only be configured if the Digital Shift functionality is used.
This setting allows you to change the information for using Digital Shift Epson.
Address: Fill in the IP address of the server where the NDD Print Digital Shift Epson is installed.
Port: Fill in the communication port with the NDD Print Digital Shift Epson.
