Step by step to add equipment in NDD Print MF Konica:
Click the add icon or click Action > Add;
A wizard for adding printers will be displayed. Click "Next" to continue;
Enter the data of the equipment to be added;
"IP address", "User", "Password", "SNMP community reading", "SNMP community writing";
Select the collection type from "Open Api", "SNMP", "Other" or "None";
By selecting the "Configuration NDD Print Client" option, authentication on the equipment will be enabled;
After configuring the desired options, click "Next";
Wait while NDD Print MF registers and verifies the printer data;
The printer will be configured. Wait while the settings are made;
After the printer is configured, click "Next";
At the end of the addition, click "Finish".
ATTENTION
If checked the option "Configuration NDD Print Client", you will be asked which services will be used on the printer so that it is possible to use "Authentication", "Controlled Copy" and "Secure Release". These options will be available in 2 modes ("Standard" and "Browser"), the second being available only if the equipment is compatible with "I-Option V3".
If the option for accounting desired is Open Api, check the equipment's web page to clear the logs of the job already done. To do this, login as an administrator on the equipment's web page and go to Maintenance > Job Log > Clear Job Log, and clean the logs.
