Copy jobs are counted and deducted from the authenticated user's quota.

IMPORTANTE

Finality Selection

If used, the finalities will be listed to the user so that the quota discount can be defined. This selection is unique for each document and can be divided into three types:

• Private;

• Corporate;

• Custom Account: in the account selection interface, use the search through the search filter (Account name or ID via text field) to find the desired account. Regardless of which account to select, the quota discount will always be made for a Corporate quota.

Quota in copies

This functionality can be enabled when adding the printer on the NDD Print MF Sharp. Its purpose is to control copy jobs of several users according to previous NDD Print Portal 360 settings. If the quota control is disabled in Portal 360, the Quota in Copies functionality will be disabled when the equipment is added.

• Quota: the quota is presented in three different ways (Page, Currency and Color), which are previously configured in the NDD Print Portal 360;

• Copy Job Blocking: when the authenticated user has a quota with a value equal to or less than zero, or the number of jobs exceeds the existing quota, a pop-up will appear warning the user that their quotas have been exhausted.

ATTENTION

• The control of quotas by cost (money) uses only the default quota configured in the Portal 360, without differentiate the types of paper;

• It is possible to have copies which exceed the quota value, because the blocking is always accomplished in the next access of the user when the quota will be negative, and the printer blocks only when the copy value is the same of the quota one, for example: 2 pages of quotas, accomplish 2 copies;

• Only the time and day of the week blocking policies are respected in copy control.
