Get to Know the n-MF Ricoh
This module has the function to account the jobs performed in Ricoh multifunctional printers. From the moment the printer is registered in the administration interface, it will have its job monitored.
The accounting of the user's printings will be captured via SNMP. The accounting of copies, fax and scans can be captured through the printers web page or through the embedded solution installed in the printer for both authentication and data collect.
After collecting the accounting data, the n-MF Ricoh will gather these data in a file which will be sporadically sent to the n-Host and then sent tho the n-Server, where the accounting can be viewed as reports.
Below there is an indicative table showing what data will be counted by the application. Some data won't be available because of limitations in the architecture of the devices.
