Chargeback

Allows users to assign print jobs to projects, processes or accounts. When enabled, when performing a print, copy, fax or scan, the user must select the account to which they want to assign the job.

This solution can be used, for example, in law firms, to group the costs of the process, aiming to recover them later from the customers.

Chargeback on printing

In this scenario, the NDD Print Agent interfaces with users, presenting an alert whenever a document is sent for printing. For administrators, through NDD Print 360 Server, it allows the registration of projects/processes/accounts, as well as viewing the reports referring to functionality.

Chargeback on copies

In this scenario, after logging into the equipment, the user can select the project/process/account to be linked to the document.

Print and copy chargeback with secure release

In this scenario, users send the documents for printing, which are held until they are released through authentication in the release terminals (Releaser Web, 360 Android/iOS, Touch Terminal or Login to the equipment).

By logging into the release terminals, users will be able to associate their print or copy jobs with the available projects/accounts/processes.
