Hierarchical Accounts
Accounts are organizational units or methods used in order to segregate and/or classify the printing environment, and in NDD Print 360, they can be, for example: Cost centers, projects, areas, customers or departments.
These accounts can be set up in two different ways, per printer or per user. When configured by printer, each account will have the associated printers, an example of this would be the use of account by department, in which the costs of print jobs are assigned to the printer's account. When configured by user, each user will belong to an account, an example of this would be the use of account by cost center, where the costs of print jobs are assigned to the user's account.

Account management and visualization of reports and charts is performed in the NDD Print 360 Server administration portal, below, we have an example of using accounts configured by user and ranked by cost center.
