Release of print jobs (Quotas and policies)

Where it applies: In environments that have direct prints from user stations, using quotas and/or print policies.

Scenario: Communication between the NDD Print Agent modules (user station) with the NDD Print Host (print server) queries the user's quota balance and policy profile. When there is an interruption in this communication, the information cannot be accessed, thus preventing print jobs from being carried out.

Contingency: Perform offline mode configuration, available in NDD Print Portal 360 or NDD Print Agent (OfflineBehavior).
