It is important to note that in this case the user does not send the print jobs to a specific printer, but to a generic print queue. This way, it is possible to choose the printer that will print the document after logging into the release terminals.

In addition, secure release can also be applied to copy, scan and fax features, making these options available only after users log in to the printers, thus allowing the entire printing environment to be controlled and monitored.
