NDD Print Agent
The NDD Print Agent is a module that can be installed on workstations and/or print server, and works by monitoring prints directly under the spool and it is responsible for:
Performing the user interface when quotas or policies - permission, security or conversion - are enabled: In these cases, when printing, a pop-up informing the user about the applied policies or quotas will be displayed;
Policies can be configured to present notifications to users or not, depending on the needs of the printing environment.
Implementing the settings and rules defined in the NDD Print 360 Server administration portal;
Performing accounting of print jobs collecting detailed information, such as: document title, number of pages, color, date and time, among others;
Searching the counters and supplies data on the USB printers.
