Assign an account to the user

User prerequisites:

Master Administrator Permission or

Administrator Permission

Process prerequisites:

Account control must be configured per user


To assign an account to the user > view Users > menu Users > on the list select the user > action Open > tab Account > Edit

Select the desired behavior, considering:

The user does not belong to any account: In this case the user will not be part of any account, and the jobs done by him will be configured as "No account";

The user has no history and always belonged to the account: In this case it will be considered that the user has always been a member of the informed account, so all the jobs already performed, and those that will be, will be assigned to the configured account;

Change account.

User has account history: In this case you can add periods in which the user belonged to different accounts, and their jobs will be adjusted to the accounts as configured.

Add history

History start date: It allows to inform from which date the user has history.

Without account;

Selected account: It allows you to select the account in which the user has history.
