Configure quota management by managers
User prerequisites:
Master Administrator Permission or
Process prerequisites:
Quota control must be enabled and
Account type must be configured by users
To perform this setting > view Settings > menu Users > locate Managers > action Edit > locate Quota management
Enter the necessary data, considering:
Allow managers to manage user quotas for managed accounts.
Default behavior: The manageable quotas types, described below, can be individually changed in each manager's permissions, so this setting will serve only as a default setting.
Credits: The manager can manage the quotas of the users belonging to the accounts that he or she manages.
Recurring quota rules: The manager can manage the recurring quota rules of the users belonging to the accounts that he or she manages.
Credits and recurring quota rules: The manager can manage the credits and recurring quota rules of the users belonging to the accounts that he or she manages.
Disabled.
ATTENTION
Managers can only manage quotas that have been created by them.
NOTE
Actions on quotas will not be available to users logged in as a provider.
