Set manager permissions
User prerequisites:
Master Administrator Permission or
Process prerequisites:
Account control must be configured per user and
Quotas or policies management by managers must be enabled
To set the manager permissions > view Users > menu Users > on the list select the manager > action Open > tab Permission > action Edit > locate Manage users
Select the behavior, considering:
Quota management:
Inherit default behavior: In this case, the permissions will follow the default settings.
Manage credits: The manager can manage the quotas of the users belonging to the accounts that he or she manages.
Manage recurrence quota rules: The manager can manage the recurrence quota rules of the users belonging to the accounts that he or she manages.
Manage recurrence quota rules and credits: The manager can manage the credits and recurrence quota rules of the users belonging to the accounts that he or she manages.
Disabled.
ATTENTION
Managers will be able to manage only the quotas that have been created by them.
NOTE
Actions on quotas will not be available to users logged in as a provider.
Policy management:
Inherit default behavior: In this case, the permissions will follow the default settings.
Activated: The manager can manage the policies of the users belonging to the accounts that he or she manages.
Disabled.
ATTENTION
Managers will only be able to manage policies that have been created by them.
