Set display terms on print terminals
User prerequisites:
Master Administrator Permission or
Process prerequisites:
A setting "Allow the user to select the account that their print job will be assigned" must be enabled or
The print finality must be corporate and private
These namings are used by the NDD Print Agent modules and the print terminals when alerts are presented to users.
To perform this setting > view Settings > menu Jobs assignment > locate Display names in client modules > action Edit
Enter the desired namings, considering:
Name "Account"
Use default.
Custom: In this case it is possible to define the term to be used.
Name "Corporate"
Use default.
Custom: In this case it is possible to define the term to be used.
Name "Finality"
Use default.
Custom: In this case it is possible to define the term to be used.
