Manage printer consolidation
User prerequisites:
Master Administrator Permission or
Process prerequisites:

The printer consolidation aims to connect two devices that are in view printers in only one. In this way both jobs will be accounted for the main printer.
To consolidate printers > view Printers > menu Printers > on the list select the printer > action Open > tab Consolidations > action Add > on the list select the printer to be consolidated > Confirm > read the message carefully > Confirm
ATTENTION
All print jobs from the consolidated printer will be moved to the main printer. Upon completion, this process cannot be reversed.
This consolidation may cause printer inconsistencies, due to one or more of the following situations:
The main printer does not have a serial number;
The printers have different serial numbers.
To remove consolidation > on the list select the printer to be removed from the consolidation > action Remove > Confirm
