Printers quota report
User prerequisites:
None
IMPORTANT
If the logged-in user is not manager of any account, the reports will display only the user print jobs data.
Process prerequisites:
Quota control must be enabled and
The quota type must be configured per printers and
Printer accounting must be enabled
This report allows you to view the quota balances of all users. Information about: Printer, Previous Balance, Debits, Credits, Expired, and Actual balance will be displayed..
To view the report > view Reports > menu Quotas > locate Printers > Quotas
The report generation wizard will display the filters:
Start date;
Options:
Limit the printers display by the quota balance: It allows you to filter printers by the maximum quota balance.
Maximum balance.
Order:
Order by: Allows you to sort the report information by "Printer," "Debit," "Credits," "Expired Credits," or "Actual balance";
Classification: It allows you to the list information as "Ascending" or "Descending".
