Add compatibility group.

Process prerequisites

The setting "The document can be released in several devices, as long as they are part of the same compatibility group. Configure these groups in the main interface.", must be active.

Through printer retention you can create Compatibility Groups that are used by the users to release their documents in any printer that belongs to the corresponding group.

To add a Compatibility Group > side menu Retention in the printer > action Add

Enter the necessary data, considering that:

Name: Required;

Description.

ATTENTION

To keep the document's integrity during the printing, the drivers must be compatible.
