Add printers to a group

To add printers to a group

  1. side menu Print groups

  2. Select it in the group list

  3. Right click > Action Add Printer

  4. Select the printer > OK

Select the printers, considering that:

  • List only printers that do not belong to other print groups: filters the printers that will be listed, displaying only devices that are not associated to other print groups.

  • List newly added first: this option will sort the registered printers, showing the most recent ones at the top.

Only printers registered with the objective Use printer to release documents held on the print server and / or user stations" will be listed.
