Add permission to a user

To add a permission to a user > side menu Public documents > select the folder > action Folder properties > Existing permissions on the folder > Add > enter the required data > Add Selected > select the desired permission > OK

Please inform the required data, considering that:

Search object:

  • User;

  • Group.

Search location: Lists the domains that are registered in the NDD Print Host.

Search for;

Select All: Selects all users/groups listed in "Search Result".

Select the required permission, considering:

Viewer: Allows the user/group only to view and print the documents listed in the folder.

Publisher: When enabled, allows the user/group to view and upload PDF documents through the Releaser administration screen or the WEB Releaser.
