Add release terminal

Environment Prerequisites:

The terminal must be connected and available on the network.

To add a release terminal > side menu Release terminals > action Add > Next

Step 1

Device Address

• IP Address: Required field.

Step 2

Terminal Information

• Name: Required field.

• Location;

• Description.

Step 3

Add Printer to the Terminal: Select the printers that can be used for the job release.

• List only printers that don't belong to any terminal.

NOTE

The process of adding printers to the terminal can be done later.

Step 4

Saving information

Step 5

Process Completed

NOTE

Due to the automatic registration, some release terminals may appear in the list without being manually registered.
