Configure automatic registration of printers

Set how the NDD Print Releaser will behavior when dealing with printers that are not registered when a print job is sent from a workstation's queue.

To set the behavior > menu Tools > Settings... > tab Retention in the station > choose the desired behavior > Apply > OK

Select what will be the behavior:

Register printers automatically: Automatically register the printers, so it is possible to release the documents.

ATTENTION

To have the printers registered automatically, they need to have SNMP active with Version V2 and Community set as public.

Release the documents without registering the printers in the NDD Print Releaser: Print the document straightforward, without retaining it to be released in the printer's panel.

Block the printings when the printer its not registered in the NDD Print Releaser: It will block the print job and display a message informing that the printer is not registered in the solution.
