Set to keep printed documents
When this setting is enable, the printed documents will no longer be deleted after printing. They will be kept in the pending documents list and may be reprinted until they expire, depending on the expiration time configured.
To keep the printed documents > menu Tools > Settings ... > tab Pending Documents > enable Keep printed documents > Apply > OK
