Document properties
Process prerequisites:
None
To view the properties of a pending document > view Pending Documents > select a document on the list > action Open
To view the properties of a saved document > view Saved Documents > select a document on the list > action Open
In the new interface that opens, the characteristics of the documents are displayed. They are: date and time of printing, duplex, paper size, number of mono and color pages, disk size, stored location, type, purpose and selected account.
IMPORTANT
The stored document location feature will only be displayed for pending documents;
The finality and selected account features will only be displayed if they are enabled on NDD Print Portal 360.
