Authentication being requested when accessing the Portal 360 (local)

When accessing the NDD Print Portal 360 Local, Digest authentication is being requested.

Cause

Digest authentication is enabled for the Site on the Web Server (IIS).

Solution

To disable Digest Authentication, follow the steps below:

1. Open the web server manager (IIS)

2. Select the site or server that has authentication enabled

3. Authentication

4. Digest Authentication

5. Disable
