Accounting isn't done by the NDD Print Agent

Fail

Accounting is not being carried out by the NDD Print Agent.

Cause

Permissions on directories and queues are not configured.

Solution

Configure the permissions as follows:

Folder: TPAR - Agent's working folder, where the monitoring log file is generated

Permissions:

• Users - Modify permission

• Administrator e System - Full permission

Folder: Printers - Folder where SPL and SHD files are generated by the system

Permissions:

• Users - Modify permission

• Administrator e System - Full permission

Print queue: For the driver to generate a file in the printers' folder of the spool with permissions accessible to the Agent

Permissions:

• System - Print
