Failed to activate BSI using Brother Solutions Activation Tool

When adding the machine to the Brother NDD Print MF, the message “BSI error! Failed to activate BSI, validate machine settings and use the BSI activation tool contained in:”

When you follow the instructions, the Brother Solutions Activation Tool informs you that the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtime Library package is required.

Cause

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtime Library package is not installed.

Solution

Install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtime Library package.
