Failure to generate any report in NDD Print Portal 360 Local

When trying to generate any report in the NDD Print Portal 360 Local, the fault “Server Error in '/360Reports' Application.” is displayed.

Cause

The NDD Print Portal 360 reports use the Windows TEMP folder to generate content, and specific permissions are required. In this case, the IIS user (IUSR) had not added permissions to the TEMP folder.

Solution

Add the IUSR user for read and write permission in the Windows TEMP folder.
