Failed to release document held by NDD Print 360 Mobile

When releasing a document that has been held via NDD Print Mobile on a Ricoh printer, the message "An exception occurred while the program was running" is displayed.

Cause

A special character was used in the NDD Print Releaser Group name.

Solution

Remove the special character from the NDD Print Releaser Group.
