Cache synchronization failure in NDD Print.

Cause

In environments that have the NDD Print Server (360 local) installed, one of the necessary prerequisites is .Net Hosting 3.1.3, in which case the installation was not carried out correctly, causing the Web services that carry out the synchronization process to fail.

The fault with code 500.19 (0x80070000d) is displayed when the Site is opened.

Solution

Reinstall .Net Hosting 3.1.3.

The ndd-identity web service can be tested by performing the following procedure:

1. Accessing IIS (Web Server)

2. Select the NDD Identity Site

3. Click on Browser
