Failure when using DMZ Reader on Ricoh Android board

Fault

When configuring the Ricoh NDD Print Client for authentication by Physical ID, using a DMZ reader, when the badge is approached the reader emits a beep, but authentication is not performed.

Cause

The Ricoh Smart Integration Authentication application was installed and captured the events sent by the reader, preventing the Ricoh NDD Print Client from capturing the information and performing authentication.

Solution

Remove the Smart Integration Authentication application.
